Troubleshooting
Courses do not appear after connecting your LMS
Check that the base URL is correct, the token has not expired, and your account can read courses. Then use Sync. If the problem continues, disconnect and reconnect with a new token.
The assignment does not allow AI review
The most common cause is that no default rubric is selected. Open the Rubric tab, create or save a rubric, and mark it as the assignment default.
A rubric cannot be generated
Rubric generation needs an assignment description. Add or update the description in your LMS, sync the assignment, and try again. If generation stays queued for a long time, contact an administrator.
AI could not verify evidence
Open the submission and review the marked links or files. If they are Google Drive links, confirm that Google is connected. If the evidence is external or private, review it manually before publishing.
Not enough credits
Open Plan credits to see available, reserved, and used credits. Change plan or buy top-ups if available.
Publishing to the LMS failed
Verify that your LMS token is still active and that the assignment allows grade publishing. If the submission already has a grade in your LMS, confirm that you want to overwrite it before publishing again.
AI review failed
Try again after a few minutes. If it repeats, save the technical details visible in the panel and contact the Auliqo administrator to review AI configuration, workers, and job queues.
Course content generation failed
If an artifact stays in Failed status, open the review panel and use Regenerate. Confirm the selected sources are still available in Content and that the course is synced with your LMS. If the error persists, reduce the number of sources or simplify the options (fewer questions, brief length) and try again.
